We prioritise the safety and wellbeing of young learners.
All online spaces (course areas, community comments, live sessions if applicable) are monitored for respectful behaviour.
We do not tolerate bullying, harassment, or inappropriate conduct.
We follow UK guidelines on online safety and child protection.

Tutor and Staff Checks
All live tutors and collaborators working with under-18s:
Have an enhanced DBS check (UK)
Complete Safeguarding and Prevent training
Are trained to report and respond appropriately to concerns
