• All communication takes place via Podia or email only (no private messaging or informal channels)

• Check-ins are pre-arranged, and a parent or carer should be present or aware

• A responsible adult must be present in the home for students under 18

• The online community is moderated and structured, with clear expectations for respectful interaction

• Clear boundaries are maintained between students and tutor at all times

• Safeguarding training, DBS certification, and appropriate insurance are in place

• Concerns can be raised at any time and will be handled sensitively and appropriately
