Core Values Manifesto (LUDUS Art School)

A living declaration of how I move through the world and the work I choose to do.

Creative Honesty

I make things that are true-not always tidy, not always easy, but honest. I'd rather create something raw and real than polished and hollow. Honesty is an art form.

Non-Extraction

I don't take more than I give. From people, places, or myself-I reject systems that drain and deplete. I want to build cycles, not pipelines.

Leave Things Better

Whether it's a space, a relationship, or a project, I aim to repair, restore, and regenerate. My presence should add something good.

Care Is Power

Care isn't soft. It's radical. It heals, protects, and transforms. I choose care not as an afterthought, but as a strategy.

Inclusion Over Alienation

I create spaces of belonging. I notice who's missing, who's unheard, and why-and I act. Inclusion starts with design, not apology.

Experience Into Insight

What I go through, I grow through-and I share. I turn personal experience into tools, stories, and support that help others find their way.

Championing Others

I lift, amplify, and celebrate. I want the people around me to feel seen, supported, and strong. We’re part of a creative ecosystem. When one thrives, we all do.

Balance as Practice

Balance isn't a fixed state-it's a way of tuning in. I make micro-adjustments, protect my energy, and stay close to what matters.

Discipline as Respect

Structure supports freedom. Discipline helps me honour my goals, my time, and my growth. It's how I show up for myself and others.
