All course fees are payable upfront unless a payment plan is offered. Due to the digital nature of the content, refunds are not offered once course materials have been accessed or downloaded, unless required by UK consumer law.

Course content is for your personal use only. Please do not copy, share, or distribute materials without written permission. Group or classroom use requires a separate licence - just contact us if you’re interested.

4. Technology Requirements

You’ll need a stable internet connection and a device capable of streaming video and downloading PDFs. We can’t take responsibility for access issues caused by outdated devices or poor internet.

All course content is the intellectual property of LUDUS Art School (unless otherwise credited). This includes videos, worksheets, downloads, and logos.

6. Community Conduct

If the course includes access to a community space (such as a discussion forum or chat), we ask that all participants treat one another with kindness and respect. We reserve the right to remove access if behaviour is harmful or abusive.
