Course places are confirmed once payment is received
A 14-day window is available to ensure the course is the right fit
After this point, access to course materials and support is considered in use
Refunds are not typically offered once the course has been accessed in a meaningful way
Payment plans are available, and access may be removed if payments are missed
If a student decides not to continue, access will usually remain available, but payments are still due as agreed
